Nope it appears to be true added a link and video. Something about pregnant woman cravings. In that context I can understand the burgers but still find them disgusting.

Yeah can't find fault in that food as I love both burgers and pizza, but not together. Then again the us put hotdogs and pretzels in pizza in the past so i can't cast judgment.

Those two pizzas are from Pizza Hut and sold very well worldwide not just the US.

PS: this pizza-eating-a-hamburger is really freaking me out. And I agree with a @pibbuR that it reminds of Alien somehow. (and now I'm wondering if that it reminds me of the movie because he said so. Hmm.)
PS2: King Burger is the best, in our small country. But we don't have *those* on the menu.
