Hi, I suffer from neck pain and weakness in the upper extremity, have difficulty with falling asleep. I cannot get into a comfortable position for sleep. Should I buy a specialized pillow for slee or a regular one?

I prefer a pillow that keeps my spine properly aligned, but that may not be what works for everyone. Comfort isn't everything, I think it might be more important to find a solution that maintains decent posture while you sleep.
