Noclip had the chance to visit and interview past and present employees at Bethesda about Elder Scrolls & Fallout. The video is almost two hours long but is very informative.

No it's a paid documentary video by patrons of NoClip.The guy has a bunch of good in-depth interviews with other developers especially CD Projekt Red.
