Idk, there are a lot of titles scheduled for release next year that look pretty good. - The Last of Us Part II, Metro Exodus, Phoenix Point, Rage 2, Dying Light 2, Doom Eternal, Resident Evil 2, etc.
2019 looks thin for major RPG releases though so RPG of the year wouldn't surprise me.

Has Cyberpunk been confirmed for 2019? I'm thinking that's more likely to be 2020. I'd love to be wrong though.
Turkish publisher leaked it then quickly deleted the tweet and webpage.
Also a polish interview that you need to translate said 2019.
It's was also in Beta and playable from start to finish a few months back.
Like said before with the lackluster RPG's in 2019 it probably will.
