Amnesia: The Dark Descent

Great execution, but ultimately too limited in scope for my tastes. I grow bored rather quickly with this kind of gameplay, just as was the case with Thief. But for fans of this kind of thing, it's pretty damn good!
 
I just completed the demo. It sort of reminded me of a modern day Realms of the Haunting, although not nearly as good.

I didn't really find it "scary"….. more annoying to be honest.

The invisible assailant in the flooded area was somewhat interesting, but overall, I wasn't too impressed.

Still, the potential is definitely there...

I was really impressed and scared by the previous games. But I think what I liked most were the writing and the voices. Preordered this one.
