Looks like the late 1990's?? IMHO, it doesn't look that good. Fallout 1 looks better than this. It might be EGA era graphics?

I think the graphics are fine - I like them. They've got loads of character and atmosphere, and they're actually one of the reasons I bought the game. I didn't like the combat when I played it though. I ended up putting it down after about an hour, although apparently they've changed the mechanics a bit since launch so I'm planning to give it another go at some point.
