Gothic 3 Where is the DOF option?

i've read through the wiki and the thread on tweaks where there are several recommendations to disable the depth of field (DoF) option. but i can't seem to find it in the INI file, so where is it? and what is the significant boost from disabling the option?

Depth of Field(Distance blur) is disabled by the PostProcessing slider:

Slider at full left: No PostProcessing
Slider at the middle: Glow effect
Slider full right : DOF+Glow (only with Shader Model 3 cards)

The setting can be found in the useroptions.ini:

PostProcessing=0

The useroptions.ini is in the Gothic 3 Savegame-Folder under My Documents.

i was just wondering if there was anything more i can do optimize my Gothic3 experience.. i'm playing on High details at a resolution of 1152*864 but there are some stuttering & clipping which i deem as normal.. so can any of the tweak gurus give some tips specific to my hardware (as listed on my sig)?
