The topic of the word "atmosphere" and Joxer's understanding of it came up in discussion about a year ago and was a confusing time then as well. It seems he is still unable to understand what someone means when they use the word atmosphere in relation to a setting's overall ambiance/mood/tone/feel/etc.

The phrase "I liked that hotel, it had a nice atmosphere" to him translates as "I liked that hotel, the air conditioning was good".

You have little choice but to find an alternate way to describe what you mean. I'm not sure one was found last time, but maybe you're better at that kind of thing. I wish you luck!

Elex definitely does not lack atmosphere. It might not be quite on the same level as Gothic 1&2, mainly due to Kai Rosenkranz's incredible soundtracks imo, but I found it more immersive than any PB game since those.

The exploration was also better than any PB game since G2.
