They aren't common, but I'm at a point in the game where combats are much slower and there are often many in a row before a save point, so crashing on one is a big deal.

I had my first crash today opening a barrel in Iwon-Rheg and lost a little progress. Good thing it wasn't that much, I had been roaming around for an hour but really only lost 3 minutes of actual "stuff" that I already knew where it was. Would have been rough if I lost more, though.
