I was on the fence about this show throughout its run. but now I can finally give it a thumbs up.

one thing that never got old . . . Carly beating up Jeff. Good times
Can't disagree with any of this. The setup may be the key to the season ending but it was ridiculous. Also
The had to get some way to bow McCormack off the show is my guess. Based on the butterfly affect though, the director of the FBI in Olympia/Seattle-ish, Washington is a good sized butterfly. Its bound to change things unpredictably.

In the end, the whole confession thing they said was meant to be a distraction as Traveller 001 used it to hide his switcheroo. Yeah, we already knew that and..come on!

I would was say season 3 was Maze Runner 2, but actually enjoyable.

Aren't they already doing this on Showtime?

Could be, but I'm not sure Showtime has a worldwide streaming service. BBC noted it'll be available at Amazon.

Longmire season 5 and 6. Finally saw it all after a big break. It is good and addicting but I have a hard time finding what the big story arc was about over all seasons. Sure, there are storylines over multiple episodes but it is really a character-driven show, Speaking of:

I quite enjoyed Longmire, yeah they had a few weird plot lines, but then again so do most telly shows. I really liked the cast, and had they kept the series going, I'd likely still be watching it.

William Morgan Sheppard who played in Star Trek and Doctor Who died this week.
The actor's son, Supernatural star Mark Sheppard, confirmed the news of his father's passing on Instagram Sunday evening by writing, "We went to spend some time with my father today. Though he couldn't speak, we held hands, he laughed and was so happy to see us. We left and came home. A good day. He was rushed to hospital and passed at 6:30pm, my mother by his side. I am so grateful that he didn't have to suffer any longer. Thank you for all your kind thoughts, love and prayers."

I had no idea he was Mark Sheppard's father, but I truly enjoyed some of his roles in both film and telly.

Project Blue Book starts tonight, I'll be checking it out. It has the guy from the Wire in it, the dude that played Carcetti, so I'm hoping it will be a decent show.

I'm currently watching Futureman. Oh my.
This series is really, really funny … at least it's my kind of humor. Pretty silly. Quite camp and trashy, and that's absolutely what this series wants to be.

I know you like to watch stuff with your son, but I wouldn't watch that show with teenagers around. Unless I'm in the mood for some evil prank, it would make me kinda awkward.

Apart from that, it's one of the best nonmainstream shows from last year.
IMO recommended. Even for teens, but only when parents aren't around.

Oh, my son likes the show. I didn't watch it with him - at least not initially - but with hubby.
Anyway, the son happened to cross the living room several times while we were watching one of the last episodes of season 1 and he finally sat down to watch it with us. Yes, sure, he was somewhat embarrassed by the sexual content, but the show was interesting enough for him to remain seated xD.
He's fifteenish. He will survive this.

EDIT:
The shows sonny and I watch together currently are
- Westworld season 2 (second time for me, watched it with hubby before)
- The Expanse season 2
- SW Rebels season 4
- Supernatural season 2
- Red Dwarf season XI
- Monk season 2.

Hubby and I just finished watching
- Six
- Falling Water season 2
- Lucifer season 3

and we all together finished watching the final season of Person of Interest.

Watching Rome (third time i believe). One of the best TV-series i've ever seen. Really love how the two protagonists are portrayed.
In most shitty TV shows they would not have respected the lore and culture like they do here. Just take Vorenus, who can be seen as a really terrible person, much due to his religious beliefs, his horrible treatment of his children etc. But the creators doesn't give a shit because they totally respect the lore and the culture of this time more than they respect derp viewers (who wouldnt deserve respect in the first place). I absolutely love that. 10/10

Great show the bond between two friends was unbreakable. Though Titus Pullo was a lot worse then Lucius Vorenus. I also thought Vorenus family treated him unfairly.

Sadly the show was rushed and a lot was left unfinished due to HBO pulling the plug.

Pullo is a real sweetheart in comparison i think. His profession though, pretty much a hired murderer, can be seen as worse perhaps. But at least we are shown that if he likes someone he has to kill he gives them a quick and painless death at least

Vorenus ascend into darkness in S2 is a real treat, and his treatment of Pullo, who no matter stands by his side, is totally unacceptable.

The series is also funny in really unique ways because of the time period. Liken when Octavian decides it would be good to get married (because politics). His colleague says "let me introduce you to this girl over here". They are introduced (a name is given). Octavian responds "what would you say about getting married?" She accepts and the conversation with his colleague continues about something else. LOL

Yeah i would have been nice with a S3.. but i'm perfectly happy with what we got. This could easily have been one of those long runners which in the end leaves a bad taste.

I really like how it's so no-nonsense. Very little, if anything, is about some mundane character or half-interesting side plot. I don't think there's any episode where i've felt "they could have cut 50% of the content here, it meant nothing and it wasnt even entertaining."

Man, The Orville is really filling my Star Trek needs. 3rd episode of this season (2nd) was really good, and boy they're spending a lot of money in them.

The Orville and not just the start of second season was definetly the most welcome surprise. I'd never expect Fox to bless something like that and oddly, it wasn't cancelled after the first season - Fox is notorious for cancelling anything that requires some IQ and The Orville definetly ain't a stupid show for dumbsters.

I must add that I loved the first Discovery episode from second season. Same crew (okay, some dead like Lorca ain't in) yet somehow more likeable. The mystery this season opens in the new arc feels far more interesting than stupid Klingon war and overstaying welcome in mirror universe. Sadly the series opening (intro) is still the same design bench bullshit instead of some stars&planets porn.

I find myself enjoying the Orville also, not the best science fiction but way better than that Discovery drek. I watched the first season of Discovery when I didn't have to pay for the privilege, but I'm not paying to watch the newest series. Honestly, I wouldn't pay five bucks to view it, there are fan films available that are far superior.

I've watched the first two episodes of the newest True Detective, they were pretty good. Haven't watched the third yet, as I was far too upset from the Cheatriots moving on to the suck bowl.

I am watching the second season of The Crown. Rather boring series, I do not understand why it is a such hit. I guess it has something to do with curiosity: what goes on inside a palace.

I found the Crown to be a wonderful dichotomy on the era, notably the forties and fifties. It is a difficult show for me to watch because I often find myself contrasting it with how people comport themselves now, and how much many things have changed for the worse. I won't get to watch the third series unless I acquire Netflix again, which to date I've not done, so I might just have to be happy with the two seasons that I did get to see.
