I have GS at #1, and Orchestral soundtrack down at the bottom. Don't quite remember the ones in between...

My guess is they will make all 5 so the vote won't be necessary.

You really think they'll make that much money in the Kickstarter, or you think they'll include it either way?

Reaper hives first and foremost, in my opinion. The rest can come in any order afterwards.

I've always found an expansiin of the strategic layer would be the most interesting thing in any X-com-like. That the reboot went the opposite way and made the strategic layer really shallow is it's biggest con to me, I don't have a problem with the streamlined tactical combat at all (except for certain mechanics like Jack-in-the-box enemies which makes moving one step at a time the best and safest approach to combat).

Edit: So yeah, that's why I have Geoscape situations at #1. Got carried away and forgot the point I was going to make...
