Anyone playing Mordhau?

( Despite being made by bloody Slovenians) seems a hit, I'm hearing a lot of positive things about it. Better, "deeper" Chivalry, with really nice impact/gore.
Seems like a runner for best FP melee system out there.
Only thing I don't like is superfast pedalling around.

I think it looks kind of neat, but it's multiplayer only, so I doubt it's going to get much fanfare here. Leave some Impressions if you end up playing it.

Yep it's multiplayer only so my interest is zip.

Still there is an unofficial way to play offline with bots at least.

Sounds like a cool name for a game to me, but if it's multiplayer only, it isn't something I'd be interested in.

I was curious about it, because I read that the melee combat was fun, and I like to see how games go about making combat satisfying. The devs say:

We have no plans for a singleplayer campaign, as this would take quite a bit of development time. You can, however, play with bots offline and practice by yourself.

So, if you just want to play around with the combat, it can be played independently.

Terrible title ... "Mord" = "murder" and "hau" = "beat" in German language. wherwas a "hau" rather means a beat a person receives.
