That's awesome, tho he'll probably get the book thrown at him for this and that and end up paying a heavy price…
I told everyone off and walked off a job before, it really is an exquisite feeling. Hard to describe it, just total elation at telling people to fuck off who you've had to grin-and-bear-it around for so long. Leaving that behind for good. Take this job and shove it!
I was a lowly dishwasher at a casino/restaurant, the only people lower than me was the busboys. It was rough, the place didnt really have enough dishes so I was constantly trying to keep the cooks and waitresses supplied. Yet it was utterly thankless, no matter how hard I busted ass and actually pulled it off I still got grief because a few key people in the place didnt like me. Took it for a year or so, then one day snapped. During the dinner rush, I rolled a full cart of dirty dishes into the kitchen without even looking where it was headed, the sounds of kitchen armageddon ensued. Flipped off the cooks, cussed out the manager and this hateful shrew of a waitress, then split. It was awesome

This is a pretty funny movie for anybody that's ever been fed up with their job: Office Space (from the guy that made King of The Hill).

Awesome story
I've had my share of lousy jobs too and its the greatest feeling when you can just walk out and never look back at that horrible workplace.
Btw speaking of flipping out, you all should see this film: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0106856/
Falling down is just Douglas' best work and one of the most thoughtfull films of the 90s. It says great many things about modern society.

Yeeeeahhh, this guy is in for a hell of a ride.
On the one hand, tons of morning DJs would love to have him on their shows and will probably pay for it. At least for the next month or so.
On the other hand, JetBlue is going to want some compensation. What happened after his exit? Did the passengers have to move on to another plane? How much fuel got burned by the delay? How much in gate fees?

Funny! Especially leaving the plane via the emergency escape with a beer in hand. LOL!
