I liked the 6th episode. So this was the last one for a while? Too bad, it was finally going somewhere.

I haven't watch last episode yet but why they are putting series on hiatus after few episodes ?

The last episode was excellent. This is easily the best tv-series of 2010 imho. Hope they will continue it for many seasons. Too many quality tv-series get canned while idiotic reality-tv spreads like virus.

Episode 6 was really good, and they left us with a few things to wonder about.

I thought the last episode was one of the best (and it had minimal zombies). The flashback stuff was really good and made me realize his partner wasn't a complete dick.
Bad news though. This is only a rumor but they may not be showing the next season until next October (so next Halloween I'd imagine). Of course there's going to be 13 episodes in season 2 and none have even been written yet…so I guess that's not so unexpected. Still…a almost a YEAR till more…that pains me.
I waited on and off for Battlestar Galactica I guess I can wait for this…

Any theories on what Jenner whispered to Rick right before they fled the CDC?
I have a strong suspicion on what it's connected with.
And yes it sucks how long we're probably going to wait for Season 2.

Excellent episode. Best of the season by far and I thought it was going to be the worst. I thought for sure they were going to mess the whole thing up by concentrating on a "cure".
I'm liking that redneck guy a lot more too. He really didn't have much to do in this episode except get pissed, but he is by far the best 'new' character in The Walking Dead. Didn't care for his brother much.

Yeah, the redneck's brother is gonna be trouble (I hope). A pissed off one handed redneck named Merle that you left to die is just too good of a bad guy to let go like that. He'll have to show up in the first new episode though or there's no real way he could find them. He could read the note saying they were going to the CDC, but once they leave that area I can't see how he could find them. I actually thought he had stolen that truck and somehow loaded it up with the zombies that tore through the camp at the end of episode 4 but he never turned up so apparently not.
As for what the scientist whispered I have no idea. It could be about some other place he knows about with survivors but from the look on Rick's face I'm guessing it wasn't exactly good news. I'm putting off reading the comics till the show is over so I dunno if that's in the comics. I'd rather have seeing the shows spoil the comics than the other way around.

Great show. Weird seeing Andrew Lincoln rock up in a lead role in something like this, seems so very american really.

A big one and if my guess is right in what JDR is thinking it's going to put some holes in the plot line if they intended to try and stick to some major developments in the story and reveal what I believe they are going to with that 'whisper'. I warn you this is a huge revelation from the story. Don't read if you don't want to know.

Well, that's a possibility but I don't think I'd give a crap (I mean if I were one of the survivors) if that was true.
What I think he said was (and I'm just gonna go ahead and spoil…you'll forget by the time season 2 comes around anyway):
Like I said I haven't read the comics so I have no idea what happens in them. Even if the above thing isn't in the comics though they said they would be adding new elements that aren't in them.

I have to wait for Friday, last Sunday wasnt a good time to watch tv. I should have endured tho, I'm dying to know what happened. Was it a regular length episode, or did they give it a longer running time for the finale?
