Scene release of Drakensang 2. How it's possible?

Today when I'm searching the internet for the new Drakensan 2 news, I encountered the scene version of it. And it's the english version. How it's possible when there's no news about the release date of it?

One thread below it was stated that it has been released in Benelux. So business as usual.

Yeah, that sucks that pirates gets better service. It should be the other way around. In any case, even though I'm downloading the warez shit, I'm also buying the game as soon as it comes available here in Finland.
