Map Progression Question (spoilerish)

I finished Maxos' phase of the game and earned my dragon form. It seems that the only place I can teleport to now is the fjords.

However, I left a lot of unfinished business in Broken Valley. Will I ever be able to go back there at this point?

I'm afraid not.

Once you enter the Battle Tower,Broken Valley is closed as it's been pretty much destroyed.

You go back there later in the game but you can't complete any unfinished business.

Damn. I was afraid of that.

How many times in the past I've been super anal about finishing up areas where, in the end, I could have finsished them anytime. Then, the ONE time I go forward without finishing up an area is with a game that won't let me go back. Sigh. Looks like I'll have to find a save game before finishing the Battle Tower.

You need a save BEFORE ENTERING the Battle Tower,once you've entered the door,it's too late.
