I find this depressing , no mean to offend but i am getting a very heavy mood every non sunny day.
I guess it is okay if you like it .
Allthough this is a good place if you want to live in peace without anyone bothering you. Not even the beggars come here. Ive seen only one in my whole lifetime and that was during the short summer.

I did when I lived there. And I didn't move south because of the polar night.
Edit: South being Bergen, Norway at 60N

I hate Winter, at least here in Michigan.
I hate the cold, I hate the snow, and I hate constantly coughing because of how dry the air is.
Ironically, I used to complain about the heat when I lived down in Florida.

In winter, it disapears at around 16h30.
It's not that bad. Nonetheless, I think that I'd like to experience what I't feel like like living in Norway.
I saw a documentary once that spoke of people living in Iceland.
A guy said that he was "suicidal 9 months out of 12" as he showed a plastic bag of magic mushrooms to the camera.

You can always move south Zakhal, winter is my favourite part of the year… plus we get sun most of the days
On top of that skiing, skating, sliding, ice-climbing and all the other fun winter activities.
I haven't been up far north this time of the year though…. so I don't know how much worse it is there

Norway is an elongated country, from 58N in the south to 71N in the ultimate north. The polar circle is between 66N and 67N, and it's only north of that the sun disappears completely in winter. So in the greater part of Norway there's no polar nighjt (and no midnight sun).
It's not that bad, really. Some people get depressed due to the lack of sunlight. most people handle it just ok. I lived at 70N for 3 years, and I didn't mind the polar night at all. As I said, what I missed was the long spring period typical for the western coast of Norway.
