Gothic 3 installer problem

I installed the game and it ran 100% good, then un-installed… proceed to install again and it won't let me, something strange happens:
whenever I launch the .exe it asks me if I want to uninstall….(???) but it happens every time that I launch the "installer". It will never get installed again.
