I like the setting. It's Arx Fatalis in the future

Yeah, or a sort of 'Fallout on the rocks'. I'm looking forward to this!

Last week I was actualy thinking : "What, if humanity had to live in underground railway stations ?"
That was when I was standing in one, waiting for the tram.

Thanks for the link. Looks pretty interesting. Like the character system with no character classes, stats that don't change much during the game, lots of skills that do (oh, look at all those sweet skills!), and feats to top it all off. Very nice. Too bad the combat system looks a bit iffy. If only it would have been turn-based! Anyway, looks interesting and will definitely give it a go if/when the dev finishes the game.
Good to see a non-fantasy RPG in the works. We sure don't get too many of them. The setting seems interesting, but a lot depends on the execution. It has these "sort of/kind of" echoes of Fallout and System Shock, and if it reaches even half-way of those giants, I'll be one happy camper.

But for classes it's more for party. Ha well, not only, let take an example, Torchlight, 3 different classes, try merge that into a single system and you end in ton of middle decision and can't force as many different builds because strongest skills will drag all the focus.
I do agree the fights seems not good. Have the character almost never move just show there's something wrong at this step of the design.

No, problem at all. When I saw the video I was like Lurking Grue….drool…all those beautiful skills and then feats on top of that. Then at the bottom I got a glimpse of the social skill
Surprised me with those.
I'm eager to see how this one turns out. Hell I could live with the blocky characters. They have a certain charm to them and really are not as bad as some graphics I've seen. Basic, yes, but bad, no.

Better graphics is always a plus but the important thing is gameplay as I am sure you agree. This game won't be as sexy as Dead State, but it looks like it will scratch that same Fallout itch.

I think this game looks very nice, I am definitely going to keep it on my radar.
Now, I know I am biased. I like turn based combat much better than real time. But I also enjoy some real time games, and some games, depending on genre, engine, etc may even call for real time. But man, if I have ever seen a game that just screams to be turn based this is it. How they decided to go with real time combat with that combination of stats, skills, feats, genre, indie status, engine, and graphics is a complete mystery to me. This game should be turn based, no question about it. (IMO of course)
