If he does the same with Conan it's going to be awful.
Momoa felt very "in place" in Game of Thrones. Now I'm concerned that I will feel like I'm watching "Khal" in Conan shoes thongs.

I've heard the new Apes movie is actually pretty good. Still, The Thing is the only movie I'm really excited about in the near future.

I've seen both rise of the planet of the Apes and Conan. The former is a fairly good movie (but not great and a bit over-hyped) with excellent special effects, while Conan was absolutely horrible and is deservedly a huge box office lemon.

Same with the gaming industry … It's almost like a virus : It spreads everywhere …

And the television industry is following right behind. A "Charlie's Angels" series this fall? Ugh.

The original Conan holds up just fine and Arnold did it perfectly. …And the bombastic soundtrack is legend. This you can trust…. …crush your enemies, see them driven before you and hear the lamentation of the women.

Here is the answer to anybody who asks how is the movie.

With lavish sets, an exotic filming location, and a hunky lead star (Jason Momoa), Conan: the Barbarian was supposed to be a hit, the start of a whole new franchise based on Robert E. Howard's iconic barbarian. Instead, earning a meager $10 million its opening weekend on a $90 million budget, the movie is already in consideration for "biggest bomb of 2011."
Its the biggest flop this summer. Sad to say you wont see anymore Conan films for a while again.
