Dedicated screen for each character
April 11th, 2012, 04:32
When watching this video of Hired Guns on Amiga you notice that each character has their own dedicated screen. It was originally probably added for multiplayer support (which was quite fun I might add), but I think it also gives a nice presence to the game, seeing your characters whiz around. Is it unique to this game?

what is mortal coil?
Space Hulk (pc) would be the most well known game I know that did it a long time ago - although most players ended up preferring the overhead tactical map even though it was very bland. Bloodwych (c64 + amiga) also had multiple screens, except it was one view for each player and one person used the keyboard while the other used a joystick.
