Metalheart Replicants Rampage questions

So I have been playing this game. I have some questions hoping someone can give me the information to proceed.
In the city of fortune, I have the quest to stop the bank robbery, Mulio the contact says the gang is hiding in an abandoned building near the bank. I searched every building on that area of the map and could not find them, anyone know where they are located?
Also, what do I have to do to leave the city, I have not found the quest needed yet.
