Sound driver issues

Hello. Once again, I stupidly uninstalled drivers and now I don't have any sound. The reason I uninstalled the drivers was because I wanted to update the drivers to a newer set, so I figured I would completely uninstall the old ones first and then update. But now, when I download the new drivers, they will not install and they are saying they do not detect a sound blaster product on my computer. Sound Blaster Recon3Di is missing from the device manager. I don't know what to do to fix this. Help please?

Edit - Nevermind. Fixed it. Had to get drivers from the Alienware website.
