Default Mad Max, 2014

July 15th, 2013, 21:32
There's a story on Edge about the upcoming Mad Max game; it's mostly a console release but includes a PC version. They posted a pretty cool trailer:

Hard to tell what the game play will be like though.

It's never going to happen, as much as I'd love to play any sort of mad max game. They have zero money and have had movies and games fall through a dozen times now.

A new trailer containing not surprising news - it's pushed to 2015.

Dunno if I said in other threads…
I'm not buying this game. Either give me Mad Max RPG or go sell driving simulators to your mother.

highly doubt it's going to be an RPG. Most probably yet another button smasher.

Too bad, the whole Mad Max theme cries out for a decently done rpg, imo. The word of mouth alone would provide the marketing campaign.

Looks cool in a mindless destruction kind of way. Its theres a decent story in there then theres a good chance I'll pick this up eventually.

Anyone remember Interstate 76? I didn't expect it to be good but it was a pretty badass game to play. Tons of fun blowing stuff up.
