There is a better/different gameplay video from Steam Greenlight (Grimrock in space!):

AFAIK, the second video linked above (the youtube one) is not representative of the game anymore. They have changed the combat to be a 3rd person turn-based affair, instead of EoB/Grimrock-like 1st person real-time thing. Exploration is still done 1st person, but when combat occurs the game pauses and changes to an overview camera angle above the PCs.
This looks mighty good, but a bit shallow. I was hoping something akin to System Shock 1 or 2 with a 3-man party (that would be grand!), but I'm not getting that vibe form this. There's precious little in way of RPG here, even if they do tout is as a space CRPG. It looks to be a pretty straightforward action RPG with few gimmicks, sorry to say. Besides, like Pongo, I'm not convinced they will ever get that much money from KS.

That name……
Looks pretty good - but with such a name they're clearly creating expectations they don't seem capable of living up to.

It sounds full of potential, but I doubt I'll actually back this one. If it makes it I'll grab it on steam or gog at some point.

Its now just got to 10k / 150k, so still a long way to go.
I've started really liking the look of it though. They've just done an update about the five playable classes, each with three sub class specialisations, and providing details about one of them (soldier). Sounds like they've got some cool ideas too, using PSI as an alternative to spells etc, so there are likely to be lots of different options for combat etc.
Hell, I dunno, I'm probably just pleased to see a sci-fi rpg with potential… a rare breed these days when everything seems to be fantasy! But I think this is looking like it could be pretty ace.
