I know Fallout, although I've never played it, but I don't remember the abbreviation "FO" for it. 
I didn't buy Fallout, because it was too … dark for my personal taste.
(Okay, I admit it, I'm weird in my taste for RPGs. )

It's not too dark, just turn up the brightness a little on your PC!!
