Any verdict on Patch 1.33? Is the game finally working as intended?

What have you problems with ? How much you get ?
TDE is a rules system which gives only very little experience points. That's just normal.

Sometimes I get different AP for the party members after a battle. And yes, usually get 1 AP for a victory against robbers. But I got 50 AP against orks? Should I get AP for a escaped enemy? Are there different types of robbers? Sometimes the battle is easy, sometimes hard agants a group of robbers?

I can only guess that Robbers have levels as well - and any NPC has.
And fights against Orks are usually seen as especially challenging. They are kind of an warrior culture, after all.
By the way, I saw the "HD" version of the game in a shop today. So it's officially out now.
Next to it stood the Collector's Edition and a package containing the old DOS games, lol.
Edit : Amazon Germany : http://www.amazon.de/Das-schwarze-Au…hicksalsklinge
And it seems as if they want to publish it for consoles as well :

And this seems to be the whole Trilogy :

I don't know if the new game implemented it as well. But I think the old one had a mechanic like this:
The first time you fight against a certain mob type, you get additional AP for all of these mobs in the fight.
So if you encounter Orcs the first time and you kill 5 of them, you get 5 times the bonus AP.
If you encounter one orc you get the bonus AP for that one, and if you encounter 4 more, you would only get the base AP for these.
But as I said - no idea if its implemented in the new game.

Thanks, it is very possible this was the case, I had met the orcs for the very first time and there had been 6-7 orcs. To my very surprise I won the battle

The higher your level, the less experience points you get, I think, but I'm not sure anymore. It's been so long since I played 3rd & 2nd edition …
