I just don't want to ruin the Mendoza/Nameless thread so the rest I'm putting here.
Something you can't see in Skyrim even with mods and what's definetly impossible to see in Dragon Age 3?

No fog on the Fog Island. Who needs a mod for visuals?
In how many games you said: "Well I didn't!"?
Bonus sequence uploaded on the forum as it's easy to miss. Players will usually visit Fog Island before recruiting Patty. Sadly, the chat between Venturo and Jaffar or Venturo and Mendoza is not as interesting.
