I just recognized, Totalbiscuit visited Valve and as it seems, they are open to improve the curator system, which in TBs opinion is rather useless at the current state… Here's thhe part where he starts talking about the curator system:

Steam already fixed his main critique point - users can see recommendations from all curators now and not only from the curators they are following:

Usually I can't stand video reviews and I wanted to hate that change, honestly. But if I want twitch retardness to die, and I do, seems the only way is to bless nail removal by hammering another nail in it's place.

Besides, there are most probably more showmen out there like Angry Joe who can make hilarious reviews even for games I can't care less about where I won't be sorry for watching it. No better place to have them than on Steam.

However the Steam's helpful % should change - video reviewers should also be reviewed by some way so people don't have to waste time on timestealing bullshit or paid praise.

The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel

A good story, memorable characters and a versatile turn-based party combat system are making this J-RPG a worthwhile experience. The school sim part takes time, but is fun, too. A very good PC port!
