The reactions to Lord of the Rings: War in the North were very mixed - look here.
Enslaved: Odyssey to the West looks much better, but I found nothing about it here at the Watch.
I need info about the following games (I heard many good things about them, but I haven't played them yet.
7,62 High Calibre
Fortune Summoners: Secret of the Elemental Stone
Puzzle Quest
Space Rangers HD: A War Apart
Din's Curse
Magical Diary
Child of Light
Transistor
Defender's Quest: Valley of the Forgotten
The Long Dark
Planet Stronghold
Terraria
E.Y.E: Devine Cybermancy
Spellforce 2: Faith in Destiny
Spellforce 2: Demons of the Past
7 Days to Die
Life is Feudal: Your Own
King's Bounty: Dark Side
Endless Legend
Puzzle Quest 2

Awesome HiddenX. You are doing a great job.

@Myrthos - should I add the short Steam mini-reviews to our game database?
Most of the games have still no user comment at all - maybe I could start some fruitful discussions.

How about the N.O.L.F. games. I've herd a lot of RPG players like them.

I added the following description to the RPGWatch Steam-site:
RPGWatch on Steam (Official Group)I hope that I found the right words.
Myrthos Non Flamers Guild of RPGDot.com is reborn!
RPGWatch.com is an independent RPG-news site. It was founded in 2006 by Myrthos and other members of the old RPGDot-Team. Many members of the non-public subgroup 'Non Flamers Guild' joined the new site.
Laid back moderation, a mature user-base and interesting and friendly discussions about RPG-news and topics are a trademark of the Watch.
We focus on single player RPGs, but like Adventures, Strategy Games and Shooters with some roleplaying elements as well.
We support indie games, crowdfunding and innovative new game ideas. Naturally we believe in oldschool classic games with interesting entertaining and challenging gameplay.

That's lots of games. It will be interesting to see which approach works best, curating lots of games or only a few. I'm not completely sold on an RPG site commending non-RPGs, but that's just a matter of principle. Lots of worthy games in the list.

With 1600 followers and more than 200 members we have exceeded my expectations, already. We are on one level with Joystiq and Gamespot.
I don't think we climb much higher, because we are a niche website and that's a good thing
To look not only on 'pure' CRPGs is good old RPGDot/RPGWatch tradition and I'll continue that way.

Fine with me. I'm actually mostly playing sims nowadays, so it's hard for me to be judgmental here

It would be better if the list was alphabetically sorted and had more than 5 games per page, but still, nice job, HiddenX!

Today I added
Sid Meier's Pirates!
Remake of one of the greatest open world adventures ever. In this Pirate-Sim action, strategy, tactic and roleplaying elements complement each other. A+to the list.
136 games

Steam really needs to add the full Might and Magic and Ultima series.

Yes Hidden, great job but RPGwatch curator on my list has been replaced by RPGcodex!
WTH?
Never mind, I just followed the tabs and got the Watch back.

The RPGCodex list has already more than 3000 followers. Curators with more than 3000 followers will be shown always until blacklisted and can be found under 'Recommended-Curators'. Curators with fewer than 3000 followers are only shown if whitelisted.
Currently we have 1659 followers. Curator #71. We get ca. 10 new followers/day.
(*) The Codex list has only two games that are not in our list:
Unrest - Not a CRPG and mediocre IMHO.
Fallout tactics - mediocre game.

- I follow the Watch list for CRPGs and other interesting games with some roleplaying elements.
- I follow the Codex list for (mostly) pure CRPGs. (*)
- And I follow the Tacticular Cancer list for strategy games.
