Mission dialogue language

Hello
I have reached to the cia boat level and missed the first key due to a bug and i found out it's impossible to go back to get the first key without an older save which i didn't do, so i looked for a save game file for this mission and only found it on a russian site, now the mission objectives next to inventory is in russian is there a way to change it to english?
