Hi guys, hope I'm not stepping on any toes but I thought I would throw my hat in the ring with a logo suggestion of my own. It's a first attempt and I'm sure it can be improved. Kept it one colour vector art so that it can be used in any colour scheme. This will make it easy to adapt to the different sub-sites and colour schemes. Also easy for printing on tshirts or mugs or anything else for that matter. Even if you don't go with my proposal I would recommend you go with a vector based artwork. Much easier to use in the long run.

I think Lucky Day's ones should be used for another holiday season. Or maybe for the anniversary of some game like the original Mario or something…
We have the pumpkin for halloween so now we'd have an old-style castle for Easter

Ok, couldn't resist, last post on this topic from me.
These are the ones I think are the best. The more I look at it, the more I think #2, what someone called "blue monochrome" is the outstanding one. There is a "mysterious feeling" and subtlety in that one that I really like.
That said, the third and most recent one is excellent as well. I really like the blue color and the way the castle has been integrated into the letter 'R'. But perhaps this one can be a secondary logo. You guys are a very talented bunch, I must say!

I love these by the way
while I was doing mine I was thinking of other games the logo could pay tribute
so I'm throwing down the gauntlet and challenging you other members to come up with a banner for our site that pays tribute to your favourite game.

The problem is that the castle looks like it's just been plonked there; it doesn't actually belong. Nice view though!!
