It's a cRPG alright - just like NWN, Diablo, The Witcher, Gothic, Dungeon Master, IWD, System Shock, Wizardry and Baldur's Gate are cRPGs. If there's a sticker on a game's box saying it's a cRPG, it's a cRPG. It's a simple as that. And if there's no such sticker, it's a cRPG if you think it's a cRPG.
I think it's a CrGP, just like Arma said: it has more of a story than Dungeon Master, more moral conflicts than Diablo, more interesting NPCs than NWN, better combat than Wizardry, and more stats (shudder) than Gothic.
