Game crashes at Monsignor Plaza? Workarounds
November 17th, 2015, 16:51
Seems this point is bugged for many players, all platforms.
It's unknown what causes it but many sidequests and even main story passes through it so it's basically a gamestopper if it starts occuring.
A list of workarounds and other details is on official Beth forum:

I didn't find Monsignor Plaza yet in my game so can't provide any additional info, but here's the thread in the old fashion - better safe than sorry.

Yeah, I haven't found this place either but waiting for Bethesda to patch it might be tedious. They use modders to fix their games and the mod tool hasn't been released.

I dunno where it is on the map. Apparently, at least by those workarounds, there is no way to skip finding it as several quests including main one all take place there or you pass through it.
