Deus Ex, GUI fix!

Damn this is sweet, I have been begging for someone to do this for years. I just hated that once you went pasted resolution 12x9, all of a sudden you had HUGE icons on the screen. This made my favorite 16x12 or 12x10 impossible to live with, since the icons took up to 40% of the screen and that is the damn reason for higher resolutions acreage and cleaner lines.
the one true thief, was kind enough to post a link of NVShacker's fix, with detailed instructions in the readme, so for any others that have suffered, I present you the cure.
