AKA if you'll play this travesty, keep your framerates as low as possible.
I mean, wtf is this? More frames the game performs, more damage you take?! What kind of design(er) could be that stupid?

Its a bug. What I don't understand is why so many console ports have this bug (there have been several with game behavior directly tied to frame rate). Something about console design results in this shoddy bevaior but (and I am a coder at heart) never understood why. Certainly if I were writing a game on my preferred platform (linux) I can't imagine any way the game internal mechanics would be tied to frame rate.
