If there's a developer at this time that can really push story driven RPGs with a high production value forward with innovative features, it's CDPR.
In this regard I don't have that much faith in Bioware, Obsidian, or inXile. Larian might perhaps come close.

No love for Pluto13?

I believe Bioware can push it even further - if they weren't obsessed with MMOs and twitter egotrips.

Eh, they made only one MMO to my knowledge and Toff and Trasher are probably the only ones still playing it.
They're definitely cooking something new, so could be something similar.

Lots of love, but not much hopes when it comes to gameplay innovation.

I doubt they could.

Warhorse seems to be quite innovative but they first need to prove that they can develop an actual game.

Nah. Toff (re)discovered love for Blizzard and Thrasher is on ESO because ME3 MMO is dead (empty).
I think only Alrik is still on ToR.

You probably aren't listing the right studios there.

In light of what BoboTheMighty posted earlier in the thread, about them not wanting to tell the story via cutscenes or other features but via what is happening, I get the impression that they are moving away from the "BioWare cinematic design" for Cyberpunk…

Interesting. We'll see I guess. My guess was that they are going to double down on the cinematic design approach.

So anywho, off-topic but, story-driven RPGs are taken care of, now who's going to still deliver the gameplay-driven RPGs? I say InXile, Larian, Bethesda and Spiderweb (with lots of indie and smaller RPGs that will be gameplay-driven).
