Haha I think it is just harmless fun. The nudity has been such a taboo in video games so long that its about time someone really goes all the way. Many players like it. The popularity of nude mods is enough proof of it. So Conan developers may have struck a golden vein here.

The endowment slider sounds pointless to me. To quote Joe Rogan: If big dick pills worked, everybody would be taking big dick pills. I could only see somebody choosing a small penis for laughs.

Well the thing is you can show a women completely nude from the front without showing any genitalia whatsoever. You can't do that with a male unless they're posing ridiculously like Sean Young in Ace Venture (though then you can't show them from behind).

So it's not hard to understand why one is posed "full monty" more often than the other. Before even taking into account how showing genitalia is apparently more controversial or taboo than decapitation, killing-spree, headshots….

When it was asked if flying the PC's penis in an opponent's face, it was recommended instead to turn to the common practise of sitting on the face on a defeated opponent in PvP.

And it might be a woman who applied the tea bagging practise here. Men play female characters as women play male characters.

Actually, the lowest common denominator between gamers is game, gameplay.

It is more the desire of players to make money off playing vid products that led to Conan exiles.

The dev studio was put under financial probe, they needed a strong launch. They designed their products with streamers in mind. With success. Streamers got their viewers and sub sales and the dev studio their sales.

The vid product is somewhat already terminated, a short bust.
