Gangnam Style without Music.
Funny.
What's sad is that if you remove the music from a music video, it's GEMA-compatible.
For the record, in Germany most music videos on Youtube are blocked because of GEMA, our version of the RIAA. We can't even see the original Gangam Style without a proxy, even though the video is officially royalty free.

What this article lacks, is, that the German-language article mentions 2 studies which tried to see whether this law can be applied to Wikipedia as well.
According to the most recent study, it does.
This is THE explanation for so many processes I see in both economy & social behaviour I've been looking for !
