Triss in the TV series is much better and more accurate to the source material than that abomination in the video games.

How so? I've only read some of the stories in The Last Wish, and it was so long ago I don't remember much about them tbh.

Rumor's going around that Geralt's actor Henry Cavill might be replaced. The sources claim it's due to his injuries and having to work around his schedule for other movies.

Take it with a grain of salt but you never know.

Game of Thrones could have used a hotfix to get that coffee cup out of there.

Game of Thrones needed complete rewrites from about series five onwards. It's still baffling how a semi-decent show for the first four series dropped off so sharply afterwards, to the point that it was more mockery than drama.

The cause is actually pretty straightforward. Benioff and Weiss are hacks, and once they got through the written material the show went to shit. For my part, I thought it was a great deal more than semi-decent through season 4. It had its moments afterwards, but the cracks started to show and by season 7, it was straight garbage.

No. Those rumors arose when he hurt his leg while filming season 2. The rumors were that he would leave the show at that point. Obviously he didn't do that, as the season just came out today.

The rumors are based on season three. As season two had a troubled development.
With the covid crisis and England getting trapped in the battle of the covid mutant, the series got delayed. The main reason for the same is that England was the focus of the fantasy drama and marked the major location for shooting. Also, Hivju Got covid positive which led to the shutting down of the shooting and as a result, the work got delayed. Adding to this Henry Cavill, the lead actor faced some leg injury. This continuous delay ignited the rumor of the actor being removed from the third season of the series. As per the variety magazine, Netflix thinks that the delay in the series was bought in due to Cavill and his presence just added bad luck in the series.

Further, the report also said that the makers have finalized White Collar fame MATT BOMER for the role of Geralt thus replacing Cavill. However, speaking in an interview, Superman fame said that he was very happy to be a part of such a project and is looking forward to continuing on the same as long as the script keeps generating interest in him. Also, no confirmation on this firing has been given by the makers and neither by the lead actor himself. For now, the actor holds quite a good position in the cast and will be seen in the upcoming season.
That quote is from all the various articles this month.

That reads like it came from a tabloid or something. Hopefully it all ends up being bullshit in the end.
