Tears of joy maybe sometimes. [though that might just be tiredness after having my eyes be completely dried out from not blinking for 30 minutes during a particularly tough encounter].

I cried and gnawed my joystick through pure frustration whilst playing R-Type on the c64 but I don't think that's quite what you mean
. In terms of emotional connection crying, no that never happened as far as I remember. And man, I loved that blocky alien guy in Another World, but even so…
I haven't played last of us or bioshock infinite though. Maybe I should….

Never heard about two games in the first post.
Tears of joy, tears of too much of gaming, those I get frequently, basically if the game story ain't all crap. Maybe that's that's the reason I buy only storyrich games?
But proper "onion" eyes of sadness, got while playing Valkyria:Chronicles at a certain moment:
The reason probably is because I played the game with japanese voiceover and english subtitle. I don't think english voiceover could mimic the sound of japanese original emotions, sorry.
An additional reason is the graphics style in that game. Because of that style I'm used to from manga/anime, I didn't look at characters as binary barbie ragdolls with horrible hair as I usually do with other games. I mean… I don't get sad over nonliving stuff when it breaks so when something "horrible" happens in a game, ah well, a vase dropped on the floor big deal. All because of the damned hair.

Strength is about owning your vulnerability - not denying it.

I honestly can't remember crying or getting teary-eyed at anything else. Sure, I got serious goose-bumps at plenty of situations, but no tears I think.
Now, when it comes to movies, when they're done right, I just crack under pressure.
And I also get chocked up while reading books. I remember just collapsing towards the end of The Road, the book (but also the movie I think).

Last of Us beginning was extremely powerful - but my tears actually came somewhat out of the blue:
Spoiler – spoileryness-ness
BTW, I also read "The Road" and found it very good. Not so much the movie, though.

Man, that JCVD monologue. I'd read a review so I knew it was coming, but the sheer honesty still took me by surprise. Good call!
Then came that dialogue….. The most devastatingly honest self-loathing ever portrayed on screen.
I had so much respect for what he did with that! Superb delivery as well.
I could put on the movie right now - and I would be bawling before the end of the dialogue, and no mistake.

Oh there were some moments in games which made me cry!
Dont remember everything but one it was finale of Mass Effect 1, when my Shepard girl rouse like phoenix from debris, when everyone thought she died.
Another moment was in Thief 3, when blind lady stared to talk with Garrett on the top on mansion.
And then there was ending of Blade of Darkness, when hero, after all he did, simply puts sword of Ianna back in stone and went away, like nothing ever happened!
There were more, but cant remember right now.

I definitely cried somewhere in FF8. I had a fever though, and I could start crying from watching anything when I do…
I very seldom cry when something is sad, but tend to get a bit much moisture in my eyes whenever things are really "feel good" and mushy.
