TGG reports that the strategy game Numantia will be available on October 25:

The turn-based strategy game “Numantia” is coming to PS4, Xbox One and PC by next week

The Numantine War – one of the least known and most significant conflicts in history – can be experienced for the first time in NUMANTIA, a new turn-based strategy game heading to PS4, Xbox One, and Steam next Wednesday.
[…]

Key features:
  • Experience a narrative-driven campaign set between 153 B.C. and 133 B.C.
  • Choose between the fearless Celtiberian tribe of Numantia or the mighty Republican army of Rome.
  • Lead a massive army of 30 units – such as spearmen, slingers, cavalry, and even siege machines – in epic battles.
  • Take on the campaign solo or fight a friend in a one-on-one battle.
  • Manage a full-fledged army and witness historical events unfold.

Scipio, of course, was better known for his war against the Carthaginians during the Second Punic War. Good old Strategy & Tactics magazine…

If you check the steam page you might notice this:
"Numantia requires a controller to play."
-
Not for me. I buy pc games so that they can be pc games not console games.

A controller is a device, just like a mouse or a microphone.

You are of course, correct, but a decent controller costs around 50$ (at least where I am). That could purchase 3 other games on my wishlist. So the question is if I buy a controller and then support a game with no mouse support or buy 4-5 other games I'd like to play. At least as long as there are so many games that interest me, I'll skip buying a controller and play those other games. If I was desperate I'd probably buy a controller, but I'm nowhere near desperate.

While steam page says you need a controller on steam forums said the game will be playable with K&M at release.
