One of the youtubers I follow (Quill18) has played several games of it (Early Access or something). Looks like a good Railroad Tycoon game, I'll be buying once it's on sale, or maybe I'll play it in the PS4 with my Gamefly sub, though that's more a game you want to keep if it's good.

It's from Kalypro. If you knew Tropico 3+ , you'd know them.
They did "Dungeons", too.
So, it's not "out oif nowhere",m just flying under your radar.
