I am currently lead designer of our (currently unannounced) Unreal 3 project…This Unreal Engine 3 title is his third project he is the lead designer on (Torment, The Sith Lords)

I'm pretty sure it's Project Georgia thing, the rumored CIA THRILLER RPG. 
Of course there is also possibility that he is working on some unknown yet codename which also (as P. Georgia) is using Unreal Engine.
