Yep, that's actually true. Gamebryo can't handle vehicles so they came up with..this.

Finally proper use of the term hack. Hack here Hack there Hack Hack Hack. Only problem with Hacks is things don't always quite work correctly…. but they can then Hack the Hack with a Hack.

There is also the term "Hackfleisch" in German language. dict.leo.org translated this as "minced meat".
