ArmA: Armed Assault (Combat Operations)
April 4th, 2008, 17:56
Not to be confused with our forum member, Arma.
I've recently discovered a tactical, military simulator called ArmA developed by the creators of Operation Flashpoint. From what I understand the game is essentially OPF in updated graphics.
It has its great points but really suffers from a very poor AI. The game instead comes alive in the multiplayer portion where you can play coop missions.
Has anybody here played it? And if, what did you think of it? It is quite strange how little publicity the game has received. Nobody is talking about it anywhere. I only noticed it because Atari recently released it on Steam for the North American market.
It is published in Europe under the name of ArmA: Armed Assault.
