"The Whispered World" looks very much like an adventure game with the look of Simon The Sorcerer.
It's actually one of the few games I'm *really* looking forward to (apart from So Blone).

I'd really like a new space sim or so. I absolutely loved Freelancer but never tried out Darkstar One due to mixed reviews (and probably no multiplayer). Some deep space opera usually makes for a refreshing change from all the classic fantasy I'm exposed to. But it appears the only other space games are strategy or MMOs…

DSO is so cheap now that the risk is minimal.
A new space game is in development somewhere in the 5 new colonies. I forgot the exact name. Supernova or so. They get additional funding from the same source as Radon Labs for Drakensang.
