I did fireworks every July 4th as a kid. They were GREAT fun! But I don't know what the story is with Eye's video. Those explosions are way bigger than even the outlawed cherry-bombs would do. (Cicada shells, on the other hand, were perfect targets if any had come out yet.) Those things weren't fireworks, they were bombs or dynamite.

I doubt it's dynamite, but the distinction between fireworks and bombs is gradual, not conceptual.

But yeah, some of that stuff may not even be legal for fireworks professionals.

Reminds me of my past. Some crazy women dropped a large fircracker that looked like a stick of dynamite that destroyed our whole lawn to pieces. She was crazy.

Anyway yeah Fireworks are bombs. Basically the mixture is different.
