Cyberpunk 2077 - Devs didn't know about the Delay

I'm not one to discount how great a hobby and pastime gaming can be, no way. If my earlier post came off that way, it was not my intention. I know how important in terms of relaxation and enjoyment and how engaging gaming can be.
