None of the space games are massively - except eve online but that one is mouse controlled like i.e world of warcraft.

If you want massively multiplayer joystick sim you might wanna try ww2ol. It tolerates high pings too. It has many planes, tanks, guns and ships that can all be controlled with joystick.
